The campaign report

Open a sent campaign and press Full report, or press the number of recipients on Campaigns.

• Sent, clicked, opened, unsubscribed: each as a share of the emails sent.
• By mailbox provider: Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, BT, Sky, Virgin Media and others. A problem at one provider shows here first.
• Links clicked: each link, its clicks and the number of people.
• Page views on your website from this email, when your site has the tracking script (see Clicks and page views).
• People: everybody, or only those who opened, clicked, did not open, bounced, marked it as spam, unsubscribed or were not sent it.

Press Download CSV to get the people in the list shown, for a spreadsheet.

Opens are too high

Many mail apps, Apple Mail among them, open every email by themselves. So the open count includes machines. Clicks show real interest.
