Who we are

Plivvy is run by Catering Projects Shop Ltd (company number 08792698, England and Wales).

Two kinds of data

Our customers' data: the name and email of each person who signs in, the business details they enter, and their billing records (held by Stripe). Our customers' contacts: the people a business emails. For those, the business is the controller and we are its processor: we keep them only to send that business's emails.

What we keep about contacts

• Email address, name, company and tags the business adds.
• Subscription status, the lawful basis and where consent came from.
• For each email: when it was sent, delivered, opened and clicked; bounces and complaints.
• Page views on the business's website, if it adds our script. The script sets no cookie; a visitor is counted with a daily one-way code.

Who helps us

• Cloudflare: hosting and the database.
• Amazon Web Services (SES): sending email.
• Stripe: payments.

Unsubscribes

Every email has an unsubscribe link. It works at once and is kept, even if the business imports the person again.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, through the contact page.
