Common questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card. Add one when you move to a paid plan.
What counts as a contact?
A subscribed person on your list. People who unsubscribed or bounced do not count.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, in Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, then moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Do you add tax?
Prices are plus sales tax or VAT where the law asks for it. Your invoice shows it.
Can I bring my list from another service?
Yes, on every plan. Unsubscribes and bounces come across, so you stay within the law.
