The service

Plivvy lets a business keep a list of contacts and send them email.

Your list

You may email only people who agreed to hear from you, or whom the law lets you email (for example existing customers under the soft opt-in, or company addresses). You must record the lawful basis for each contact. No bought or rented lists.

Sending

Every email carries your business name, a postal address and a working unsubscribe link. We may pause a campaign when bounces or complaints pass safe limits, and close an account that sends spam.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars, plus tax where it applies, through Stripe. Cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid month.
