Automations: a welcome email and a series

Open Automations, give it a name, pick a template for its email and press Make it. It starts switched off.

1. Who: every new subscriber, or only people who join through one form. You can also ask for a tag, for example only new customers with the tag "Trade".
2. When: at once, or 1 hour, 1 day, 3 days or 7 days after they join.
3. The email: press Edit the email and send a test. It is the same editor as a campaign.
4. Press Switch on.

• Only people who join after you switch it on get it. Nobody already on your list does.
• Each person gets each automation once, and only while they are subscribed with a lawful basis.
• For a series, make one automation for each email with a different "when".
• Switch it off at any time. Emails that were waiting are then not sent.
• These emails count towards your plan's limits, and the warm-up of a new sending domain.
• It switches off by itself above 4% bounces or 0.1% spam complaints.
